Payment, Insurance and Coverage
Payment is due at the time treatment is provided. As a courtesy, we accept insurance assignment, and patients are responsible for any portion not covered by their insurance plan. For your convenience, our office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac direct payment. We also accept coverage through the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Cancellations and Missed Appointments
To help us offer timely care to patients experiencing dental emergencies, we require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. When appointments are missed without prior notice, it limits access for other patients. Individuals who miss multiple scheduled appointments without notification may not be eligible for future bookings.
